Diana Umali completed her master’s degree in Piano Performance with an emphasis in accompanying/chamber music from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in May 2006. She graduated summa cum laude from Saint Louis University, attaining a B.A. in Music Performance and B.S. in Finance. She has served as a music professor at Southwestern Illinois College since 2011. Previously, she served as an adjunct instructor at Saint Louis University and East Central College in Union, MO. As a collaborative pianist, she has accompanied recitals with the St. Louis Flute Society, the St. Louis Children’s Choirs, and at SIUE. Diana resides in St. Louis with her husband, two dogs, and four chickens.
