DICK BRICKSON
Board President
Dick joined the St. Louis Chamber Chorus board in 2011, and has served as its President since 2014.
Dick worked for The May Department Stores Company and for Macy’s (after it acquired May) for 35 years, serving as an executive officer of May and senior managing counsel in its Legal Department. Dick retired from Macy’s in 2008. Since his retirement, he has begun singing again, served on the boards of several charitable organizations and run eight half marathons.
Dick sang with the Bach Chorale Society, sang with Missouri Musica on its musical tours of Spain, Portugal and England and currently sings with the American Chamber Chorale. He is a long-time voice student of Sheila Dugan.
He serves as President and as a board member of both the St. Louis Chamber Chorus and the American Chamber Chorale. He also has served on the board of Crossroads College Preparatory School for over 25 years and serves as an officer and a director of the New Mt. Sinai Cemetery Association.
